# Signature Floorwork Session

Floorwork Intensives For Stronger Movement

Build signature floorwork mechanics through focused strength, mobility, musicality, and timing training.

A focused session for dancers ready to deepen their relationship with the floor.
A More Personal Way to Build Grounded Movement
I guide you through signature floorwork mechanics with clear demonstrations, detailed corrections, and progressions that meet your current level. The session explores how to distribute weight, move through transitions, and use strength without losing fluidity.
You will also work with mobility and timing so the material becomes more than a sequence of shapes. The pace leaves room to repeat, refine, and connect technique to your own movement quality. You leave with a clearer physical map and practical tools for continued practice.
