Dance Q&A Sessions

I share firsthand dance history and insight through talks and open sessions.

Open Dance History Session

A thoughtful conversation that brings dance history and lived experience into focus.

A More Personal Way to Understand Dance History

This open session explores the stories, traditions, and ideas that shape dance. I share firsthand insight while making room for questions that connect the subject to each participant's interests. The conversation can move between history, culture, technique, and the meaning carried through movement.

The format is welcoming and flexible, with space for both prepared questions and natural discussion. Participants gain context they can carry into their own practice, teaching, research, or appreciation of dance. The session is designed to feel informative without becoming formal or distant.

How It Works

  1. Share Your Focus: Tell me about your group, interests, or questions before the session.

  2. Join The Conversation: We explore dance history and insight through an open, guided discussion.

  3. Reflect And Continue: We leave space for final questions and ideas to carry forward.
